Campaign Gestapo Hunters

The No. 464 Squadron, Royal Australian Air Force was re-equipped with new Mosquito Mk VI Fighter-Bombers in October 1943. They carried out day and night Intruder missions into France and the Netherlands, and as often as the winter weather permitted, the multinational pilots and navigators of No. 464 Squadron gained experience in precision low level bombing attacks against difficult logistical targets deep behind enemy lines. By the end of hostilities, the three squadrons of 140 Wing had earned the nickname 'The Gestapo Hunters' as an informal reference to their frequent attacks on important clandestine Gestapo installations. You won't be flying over occupied Europe alone in this campaign - a talkative navigator voiced by a real Australian will plot the course for you, remind about the flight checks, warn about danger, assess the damage, make various remarks, etc.

This campaign requires Battle of Normandy module.
