How to invert an axis direction in the settings?
- Go to Settings in the main menu.
- Select Key Mapping.
- Find the item you need in the list.
- Click the icon shown below next to the row that corresponds to your desired device.
How to fine-tune an axis?
- Go to the Settings, then Key Mapping.
- Find the item you need in the list.
- Click the icon shown below on the row you need.
I logged in to the website using Steam. How can I find out which email to use to log in to the game?
- Log into your account on the official website: https://il2-series.com/en/account/
- Your email is shown in the upper left part of the screen.
- Log out of your account on the website.
- Go to the authorization window: https://il2-series.com/en/account/login/
- Select "Forgot your password?" and enter the email that was shown in the Profile section on the website.
- Reset your password.
- Log into the game using that email and a new password.
I purchased the game, but cannot download it.
- If you are using AdGuard, try disabling it or use a different browser.
- If you are using Kaspersky or Microsoft Defender SmartScreen, pause them while downloading the launcher from the website.
