The confirmation email is sent from the address: noreply@1cgs.net.

1. Check your "Spam" folder.

2. Check your antivirus settings and your email account settings. Make sure they are not blocking messages from noreply@1cgs.net.

3. Try searching your emails for the address noreply@1cgs.net. Make sure you have entered the correct email address. You must enter the email address that was used to register the account.

NOTE: If you do not activate your account, it will be automatically deleted 72 hours after its creation.

Check that you are entering the correct data.

You might be trying to log into an account other than the one linked to your Steam.
